This is yet another fantastic place for fishing. We enjoy the attractive views of the mountains and river at 2nd Dam. Wind Cave is a beautiful hike, but it is a lot longer and requires climbing upward, so it may not be an ideal option for little kids. The cavern, which is even more of an open archway, is awesome though, and a good questionable spot to rest after the hike.
We love this pleasant rest stop in Logan Canyon. Rick's Springtime is a short stop along the canyon road.

One is located under the springtime and you need to scuba dive to see it, but the other is a small little cave to the left of the springtime. Tony Grove is one of our favorite places to go to in Logan.
The lake is approximately 7 miles from the major canyon road, yet well worth the journey. The wildflowers in mid- July are beautiful. Limber Pine Trail is an simple trail to this massive tree. It is truly concerning 7 trees that grew together, but still remarkable. The route is gorgeous and even has a Bear Lake overlook.
One of the reasons we travel this route so often is to visit Bear Lake. Once you arrive at Limber Pine Pathway, you'll be merely a couple of minutes from brilliant blue Bear Lake.
Don't overlook Logan National Scenic Byway, especially when loss colors are on screen. At the byway summit, you can witness an amazing view of aquamarine Bear Lake.
